Construction
In order for us to be the best we can be, a few changes have to be made. On the 1st of March 2023 we will be the new owners of the hotel. To give it our Dutch Design touch we will have to renovate the place. We will strive to get this beautiful up to date with innovation and luxury, so that every guest will get the most out of their stay in Amsterdam.

Official key transfer
Finally the day has come. A new chapter that starts and looking forward to a bright future in a beautiful neighborhood. A new name and new management.
March
Clean up
Out with the old and we will go from there. To make it our own and to give that Dutch design touch we have to demolish a few spaces in order to start fresh. We will start in the first weeks of March with the demolision and start preparing the build up of the rooms.
Mid March
Clean windows
Mid March - beginning of April we will start renovating the outside. Window frames will be replaced, painted and cleaned.
April
Prep work
Preperations need to be done. Installations need to be fixed or changed. Our electrical and plumming team will start on this fase to get everyting up and running again.
Mid April - May
Renovation
When the demolishing has been done and all the prep work is in order, we can start building the on our future. We will work on our breakfast-, reception area, hall ways and room.
June
Remodeling
Clean the whole place to get rid of all the dust and dirt that came along with the renovation. Put everything in its place. Put in our Swiss Sense beds, decorate the rooms with our Dutch Design features and do the finishing touches.
Juli
Opening
It is time to shine. We open our doors to welcome everyone. At this point the hotel has had its makeover and we welcome it to the Aeon Plaza Hotels family.
